Warehouse Manager

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour

Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Responsible for daily loading/unloading of trucks, inventory management, delivery to job sites, fleet management, light maintenance, and general shop organization.

• Ensure trucks and trailers are loaded per project details and ready for crew at start of day.
• Perform ongoing maintenance/cleaning of all trucks, trailers, and skid steers.
• Maintain accurate inventory reporting and reconcile monthly counts.
• Organize inventoried materials and supplies.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse, vehicle, and yard space.
• Track and manage equipment repair and maintenance logs; schedule service.
• Receive daily shipments; operate forklift and skid steer.
• Use small tools for basic equipment repair.
• Coordinate vehicle and supply needs with personnel.

• High school diploma or GED; prior construction or shop management experience preferred.
• Forklift certification.
• Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).
• Experience with inventory management, daily counts, and monthly reconciliation.
• Basic mechanical skills and small tool usage.
• Strong oral and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to plan, problem‑solve, reason, and prioritize.
