Job description to be a Home Exercise Coach Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable In Home Personal Trainer to provide personalized fitness coaching directly at clients' residences. This role offers the opportunity to design tailored workout programs, motivate clients, and help them achieve their health and fitness goals in a comfortable, private setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in physiology, anatomy, and program design, along with excellent communication skills to effectively teach and inspire clients of diverse backgrounds.

Previous experience in personal training, group fitness, or health clubs is required.

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to determine clients’ needs and goals
• Develop customized workout programs based on individual physiology, body mechanics, and health status
• Deliver one-on-one training sessions in clients’ homes, ensuring proper technique and safety
• Educate clients on exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention
• Track progress and adjust programs accordingly to optimize results
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits to support overall wellness
• Maintain professional relationships with clients to foster motivation and accountability
• Promote personal training services through effective sales techniques and client engagement
• Stay current with industry trends in fitness, anatomy knowledge, and sports coaching methods

• Proven experience in personal training
• Nationally Recognized Certification in Personal Training as well as CPR
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics
• Ability to design effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs
• Excellent teaching skills for physical education and sports coaching
• Effective sales skills with the ability to promote fitness services confidently
• Familiarity with workout equipment and safety protocols for home settings
• Certification in personal training or relevant fitness disciplines preferred
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling between client locations
• Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being

It's requested that you can travel up to 30 min. from Haverhill MA in each direction to service clients in-home. The possiblity to add remote services exists, but the job will begin as strictly in-home services.

Compensation is for per hour of training and does not include the time to travel to the clients' home. You may negotiate higher pay for jobs further than 30 min. from 01830 if you would like to offer more distant travel zones. The jobs are on contract basis and you will not be compensated for gas or other expenses. Compenstion will be discussed in more detail upon an interview but will be a minimum of $60 per in-home session.

Our average clientele is a woman in her 50s or 60s, but we serve a diverse range of clients. Our average clientele are relatively deconditioned.
