Field/Service Technician, Installation Technician
Your role
To best serve our customers, we are increasing our presence within our field service area. This supports our mission of providing safe, high‑quality service that is performed efficiently. As a Service Technician Trainee, you will be close to your customers, service our products, and provide a great customer experience. You will report to the Service Manager.
Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), drains, controllers, and low‑pressure blowers.
- Pressure wash (where possible) and clean the customer’s entire equipment pad, including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks Weiß, etc.
- Communicate with the customer and Service Manager regarding all services performed, present all options for any required repairs or upgrades, and complete all service‑related documentation (service reports, start‑up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, parts return documents).
- Attend training at our Air Academy and train with senior Service Technicians.
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of personal protective equipment.
- Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on‑call pool with other technicians as scheduled by the Service Manager, with travel to customer locations.
- Be subject to random drug testing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work in industrial environments, including extremes in temperature, with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling. Basic understanding of mechanics and electrical theory.

$25 – $36/hr
* Salary is based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary has been geographically adjusted based on cost‑of‑living factors. This position is overtime eligible.

Remote – This role is fully remote, but candidates should be based in or near the Haverhill, MA area.
