As our quality technician, you will be responsible for performing quality control inspections, checks and tests at all stages of the manufacture of products including incoming, raw materials, in process and final inspection. At Winchester Interconnect RF and Microwave division, we specialize in RF cables, connectors and cable assemblies for mission critical products with high cost of failure requiring quality to be prioritized.

Ensuring high-quality products in RF and microwave applications, where performance and reliability are paramount, requiring a meticulous approach. As a quality test technician, your work will directly affect the reliability of products used in critical applications.

• 3-6 years of experience in RF inspection
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test
• Familiar with IPC 620
• Knowledge of network analyzers is a plus
• Knowledge of FAIs and ATPs is a plus
• Establish and maintain a neat and orderly work area
• Collaborate with all departments as first article inspections (FAIs) are needed
• Communicating with the team and management when issues with the product arise
• Develop a basic knowledge of all product
• Understand the functionality of the tools required to perform the job
• Ensure quality by following all policies and procedures outlines for the job
• Cultivate work habits that maximize performance output

• Quality control inspections on RF and Microwave components

• Working knowledge of verniers, height gauges, calipers and scopes

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $23 - $26 per hour, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
