As our Quality Inspector, you will be a part of a collaborative and diverse team responsible for performing quality control inspections, checks and tests at all stages of the manufacture of products including incoming raw materials, in process and final.

• 1-3 years of experience in RF inspection
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test
• Familiar with IPC 620
• Knowledge of FAI’s is a plus

• Quality control inspections on RF and Microwave components
• Interpreting drawings
• Understanding of tolerance
• Working knowledge of verniers, height gauges, calipers and scope
• You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all departments as first article inspections are needed
• You will help the team work through concerns on the product to ensure high standards of quality are met
• Communicating with the team and management when issues with the product arise
• Establish and maintain a neat and orderly work area
• Develop a basic knowledge of all product
• Understand the functionality of the tools required to perform the job
• Ensure quality by following all policies and procedures outlined for the job
• Cultivate work habits that maximize performance output

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $21-$25 per year, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
