Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
Plastic Distributors & Fabricators (PDF), an Evantic company, is seeking an onsite Manufacturing Planner Scheduler to drive production planning and scheduling across our manufacturing operations.
This role is critical to maintaining production flow, balancing demand with capacity, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
We are looking for a planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can translate demand, capacity, and material availability into executable production schedules.
What You Will DoBuild and manage production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability
Perform capacity planning across machines, labor, and production resources
Release and manage work orders within the ERP/MRP system
Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to address delays, downtime, or constraints
Coordinate priorities with production leadership to maintain efficient workflow and on-time delivery
Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and schedule adherence
Partner with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure materials support production schedules
Maintain accurate planning data within ERP systems and support operational reporting
Track key performance metrics including schedule adherence and on-time delivery
3-5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment required
Above average Excel skills including vlook up
Experience working with ERP or MRP systems required
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production flow, and capacity planning
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Advanced organization and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in , Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.
