Backroom Manufacturing Associate

The Backroom Manufacturing Associate will focus on hands‑on assembly, material handling, and maintaining an organized and efficient backroom workspace. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, small team environment.

• Assist with assembling and packaging products
• Prepare items for shipping and/or storage
• Organize materials and finished products in the backroom
• Perform simple quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow instructions and production schedules
• Support other backroom and production tasks as needed

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Attention to detail and following directions

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work independently or with a team and willingness to take on numerous assignments

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
