Technical Support Specialist

Lynx System Developers is seeking a T echnical Support Specialist for an immediate job opening on our team in Haverhill cann MA. This job is onsite.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools for Lynx software and imaging hardware
• Troubleshoot system issues related to cameras, networking, timing systems, and Windows-based software
• Assist customers with system setup, configuration, calibration, and upgrades
• Diagnose and resolve issues during live events where accuracy and uptime are critical
• Document support cases, solutions, and customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to elevate and resolve advanced issues
• Contribute to internal documentation, FAQs, and customer training materials
• Occasionally support on-site or remote training and event coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience supporting software and/or hardware products in a customer-facing role
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, Ethernet узc) – (the symbolic representation of the bullet list remains the same)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations
• Strong attention وڃي) to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with imaging systems, cameras, or video technology
• Familiarity with timing systems, sports technology, or live event environments
• Background in IT support, engineering, or technical field
• Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Interest in sports, racing, or event technology

Location: 179 Ward Hill Ave. Haverhill, MA. Haverhill is an industrial suburb about 25 miles north of Boston. Applicants must be willing to relocate to the Boston area.
