The NEEDS Center is a local non‑profit organization that provides services and supports to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are hiring a House Manager for our Haverhill residential group home.

Hourly rate $26‑28 per hour plus $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus, with overtime available. Full‑time position, 2nd shift, nights, and weekends.

• Serve as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services, and professional practice.
• Supervise Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of a residential program for adults with autism.
• Attend evening and weekend shifts; maintain ratio on at least 1‑2 days per week.
• Assist with hand‑on direct care support of adults in our care.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a residential environment working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory or lead experience, even in a different industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold MAP Certification.
• Valid Massachusetts or New Hampshire driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 60 days) and good driving record.
