Physical Therapist - outpatient

Overview

Outpatient Physical Therapist – 1:1 visits with 40-minute sessions. New grads welcome. Pay: $38-50 per hour; pay increases with years of experience. Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network (NRHN) operates 21 outpatient clinics throughout Northeast Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Specialties include Adult Orthopedics, Adult Neuro, Hand Therapy, Pelvic Health, and a robust Pediatric program. We are seeking Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists to join our team.

Emphasis on patient-centered care and work-life balance. 40-minute visits and realistic productivity goals are supported by efficient EMR with dictation and AI to minimize documentation time. Full-time positions are available.

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, including initial evaluation, treatment planning, and 1:1 sessions with patients.
• Engage in patient-centered care and promote work-life balance for team members.
• Utilize an efficient EMR with dictation and AI to minimize documentation time.
• Maintain 1:1 visits and meet realistic productivity goals.
