Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship.
  • Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service.
  • Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade‑ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop‑ins; responding to inquiries recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; offering warranties, services, financing; collect payment; deliver automobile.
  • Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Requirements
  • Eagerness to improve
  • 2 years in Automotive Sales Experience
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Acceptable valid driver’s license
