Summary

A new opportunity to join the business in a new role, working across Engineering and Hygiene functions.

Crucial support the hygiene function by stripping planned schedule machinery, cleaning, rebuilding, re-greasing, re-setting, replacing worn parts, carrying out PPMs and CI work, on all plant machinery, to identify and diagnose possible issues. Critical for supporting reduction in lost time for the Engineering function.

• Daily strip and build in High risk & Process (Including deep clean according to schedule)
• Rebuild machines according to the next days plan
• Polycord checks/replacement
• Belt survey & replace if necessary
• Blade sharpening
• Daily report
• Machine check sheets

On the job and external training will be given to all candidates.

• General knowledge to strip and build
• General machine knowledge, preferably within a FMCG environment.
• Detail focused.
• Ability to work in dynamic teams.
