Salary & Contract

Salary:
Grade 4, SP 9-12 (FTE: £27,254 - £29,540 / Actual: £23,299 - £25,254 per annum)

Contract:

Permanent, Part‑time – 37.83 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

About the role

Join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at Churchill Special School. Are you passionate about inspiring young minds? Do you believe in the power of education to change lives? This role will involve being assigned to a class team but at times you may be required to cover planned and unplanned lessons and run specific interventions to support pupils with their reading, writing, maths and life skills.

Pupils love our school and build important social skills and make friends. Adults support pupils to celebrate their neurodiversity and recognise the shared similarities they have with others, regardless of background.
