Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

As the Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

• Manage incoming enquiries, ensuring they are accurately routed to the appropriate teams to support timely resolution and maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Generate and qualify leads using external databases and technical enquiries
• Support the team with communications, including new products & market research.

An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have:

• Confident making outgoing calls.
• Possess an excellent telephone manner.
• Proven experience working within a busy customer service environment.
