Multi‑Skilled Working Foreman
Location: Haverfordwest
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Start: Immediate
Pro Staff Construction are working with a contractor looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Working Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a hands‑on role covering domestic property maintenance, refurbishments, and extensions. You will work on the tools while leading small teams and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Duties:- Hands‑on trade work across domestic projects
- Leading and coordinating small teams
- Reading drawings
- Ensuring H&S compliance on site
- Quality oversight across groundworks, carpentry, roofing, brickwork, decorating, paving, concrete works, and rendering
- Strong all‑round building experience
- Experience in domestic refurbishments and extensions
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Confident leading by example
