Haverford College Seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics.
Haverford College invites applications for one year full-time visiting positions in the Economics Department for the 2026-27 academic year. The teaching responsibilities for the year will be equivalent to five course credits and may include core introductory statistics courses, elective courses, as well as supervision of students writing senior theses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to engaging a diverse student body and creating an inclusive classroom environment in a liberal arts context.
Candidates should provide evidence of a vigorous commitment to scholarship and excellence in teaching. Candidates should have a PhD by August 2026, and be available to start by August 24, 2026.
