The aviation work‑study will assist the director of the Aviation Systems Technology Program, the director of Aviation Management and Career Pilot program, and aviation faculty in day‑to‑day operations of the Aviation Programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and safe work area for the Aviation students.
- Assist in maintaining tools and trainers, required calibration records, parts inventory, and other required FAA or program‑specific records.
- Assist with recruiting events for the Aviation Programs.
Student must meet Federal Work Study eligibility requirements and any academic department requirements.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Aviation background or current Aviation student preferred.
