Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent – Office Based.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic Per Annum + Bonus & Other Benefits.
Location: Havant, Hampshire PO9.
AboutThe Role
Are you an experienced Full Stack Web Developer looking for a new, long-term career challenge, and somewhere you can settle in and make a real difference? If this is you, the company have a unique opportunity within their expanding Creative Design agency. They are looking for a meticulous and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join their team. Working with the design team, you will deliver high‑quality websites from the start of the project through to applying the final, critical layer of polish, testing, and optimisation needed for a flawless launch.
Knowledge of Word Press is essential.
- Work as part of a creative team
- Liaise with customers to build an in‑depth understanding of the brief
- Code new sites from scratch from in‑house designs
- Transfer existing sites across to our platform and update where required
- Manage the final deployment, ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Guarantee flawless responsive and cross‑browser compatibility across all major platforms
- Provide ongoing support, updates and fault‑finding, troubleshoot, test, and maintain all websites, including code, software, plugins and databases to ensure strong optimisation and functionality
- Recommend additional enhancements and revenue generating upsells
- Experience working as a professional web developer (Front‑End & Back‑End)
- Familiarity with Word Press, themes and plugin development
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, SEO, Git and Java Script
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, such as Woo Commerce and Shopify
- Experience in hosting and managing domains
- Working within a friendly, creative team

- A full understanding of spoken and written English (essential)
- A full UK driving licence (not essential)
