Role SummaryAs our Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone dynamic seeking to make a significant impact on our business growth who enjoys working with a small, professional, and focused team.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach; work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Sales Development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads; analyze market trends, competitor activities, and prospects’ needs to inform business strategies. - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Develop tailored proposals and deliver dynamic presentations to prospective clients; negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed revenue targets; maintain long‑term relationships with clients to grow ongoing business; work closely with internal teams (design, development, delivery) to ensure we delight our clients; prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, pipeline status, and market insights.
- At least 5 years proven experience in business development within a bespoke digital agency or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, with a passion to succeed in a sales environment and able to work independently.
- Proven track record of new business wins and increasing revenue growth.
- Demonstrable strategic and business vision.
- Well organised and able to deliver accurate and concise information and reporting.
- Strongly capable with internal systems (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
- The freedom to travel, as required, to client offices and to our HQ in Havant, Hampshire (mandatory when required).
- Experience with Hubspot.
- Experience selling custom software solutions.
- Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies (AI for example).
