• Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week - shift pattern across 5 days out of 7 (Mon - Fri, including weekends and functions)
• Work-life balance in hospitality - shifts between 06:00 and 19:00, so your evenings are yours!
• £24,307.12 per year

No two days look the same, but you can expect to:

• Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - plus fine dining for special events.
• Following recipes and all policies and procedures
• Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
• Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.

You ll shine in this role if you have:

• A relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
• A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.
• Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
• Own transportation due to limited public transportation.
