Permanent role

Based in Havant

Candidates should have knowledge of AS9100 and ISO
9001, an understanding of Quality Management Systems, and experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor.

• Assist with support and advice on aspects of regulatory and 3rd party certifications associated with the company's presence on various sites
• Assist in internal quality investigations
• Assist with the development of the Quality Management System, its processes and support documents
• Quality Assurance across the programme lifecycle
• Arrange, plan, and support audits from external bodies
• Engage with external industry, Government and Military Quality Assurance staff
• Assist with auditing and approval of suppliers
• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a recognised business/engineering qualification
• Familiar with Root Cause Analysis
• Familiar with estimating workload and task management
• An understanding of Business Management Systems e.g. Quality Processes and Requirements
• Familiar with Process Modelling and maintenance
• Familiar with administrative support to management meetings
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and Power Point
• Numerate and able to create presentations involving spreadsheet data and graphical information for high-level meetings
• Understanding of a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Awareness of UK MoD Maritime, Land or Air-based programmes
• Awareness of UK MoD Military Aviation Authority (MAA) Regulatory Publications (MRPs)
• Awareness of Allied Quality Assurance Publications (AQAPs) and Joint Service Publications (JSPs)
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) trained or Continuous Improvement experience
