Based in our modern Havant office, you’ll play a key role within our expanding division, working on permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions across professional sectors.

As a Recruitment Consultant, You’ll Have The Freedom To Build Your Own Customer Base, Develop a Personal Brand, And Grow Meaningful Relationships With Clients And Candidates Alike. Day To Day, You’ll

• Develop new business through proactive sales activity, networking and lead generation.
• Manage and grow client relationships across multiple sectors.
• Source, interview and place candidates into permanent / contract roles.
• Write and advertise vacancies to attract top-quality applicants.
• Conduct client visits, interviews and regular follow-up reviews.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and drive team performance.
