Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Drainage Team Leader to oversee and support our on-site surveying operations. This position will be responsible for leading a small team carrying out drainage connectivity tasks and ensuring all work is delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Role Responsibilities:

As Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day site activities while working hands-on with the team across a range of drainage surveys, including:

Leading connectivity and manhole surveys
Planning and coordinating CCTV drainage investigations
Overseeing accurate data collection and reporting
Ensuring quality standards are met at all times
Guiding and developing survey assistants on site
Managing workloads to meet project deadlines

Who We're Looking For:

A proactive leader who understands drainage survey work, can motivate a team, and delivers high-quality results under time pressure. Strong communication skills, an organised approach, and the ability to work safely on site are essential.
