• Own and execute the global aftermarket strategy, ensuring measurable results.
• Manage international distributor relationships, conduct business reviews, and drive performance across all regions.
• Ensure consistent brand representation, pricing alignment, and market positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities, support underperforming markets, and coach distributors to success.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Represent the brand at global events, distributor conferences, and trade shows.

• Proven experience in aftermarket or distributor sales, ideally in marine
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a small team.
• Commercial acumen: pricing, margins, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills for global partners.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
