Processes a variety of routine financial transactions, prepares daily settlements, delivers prompt and efficient service, and provides information about credit union products and services.
Education And/or Experience- A high school education or GED required
- Minimum zero to one year of general work experience required
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions
- Greet members in a courteous, professional manner
- Strengthen member relationships by providing extraordinary member service while accurately and efficiently completing the member’s financial transactions
- Verify member identity/signatures, receive approval for transactions when appropriate and ensure the accuracy of amounts handled
- Cross-sell products and services by advising members of rates, benefits and features
- Assist members with account research with regards to lockouts, restrictions and fees
- Ensure the security of the workstation including their user names and passwords, virtual teller drawer, and all member sensitive information. Inform the ITM supervisor when cash in virtual drawer exceeds the prearranged threshold and when additional cash replenishment is required
- Balance the virtual drawer daily. Review all checks received, all virtual cash handled and resolve discrepancies
- Examine all checks received and compare to known fraudulent members and checks
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Audit mobile deposits to ensure accuracy and proper endorsement, approve/discard items as appropriate, and log discarded items
- Mitigate fraudulent mobile deposit submissions by discarding the suspicious items and submit the check images to the ITM supervisor
- Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $18-20/hr this range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
