- Location – Hauppauge, New York or Iselin, New Jersey Office (hybrid)
- Hours – 10:30AM – 7:00PM EST
- Hourly rate range – $20.00 – $22.20 per hour
- Commission Potential – 12K at 100%
The role of the Sales Support Coordinator is to provide support to the field and inside teams by facilitating proactive and reactive sales related requests.
Responsibilities- Order Assistance – handle more complex orders and triage orders that can be entered by our order entry team.
- Handle inquiries (via telephone, email, SFDC) from sales teams regarding customer related topics, including escalation and management of requests and issues.
- Facilitate issue cases to our quality team on faulty products or system related problems.
- Investigate and adjust any discrepancies between an agreed upon price and what has been invoiced to the customer.
- Proactively reach out to customers to promote specials, customer trainings, and any other task designated as essential by sales leadership.
- Reach out to identified, high priority customers to ensure any sales and service-related needs are being addressed.
- Participate in any special projects or WSA related initiatives as outlined by the Sales and Service Excellence management teams.
- Must have experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with the hearing health industry.
- Experience working in a customer care and/or sales related function.
- Experience supporting a sales team preferred.
- Professional experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to collaborate well with sales professionals across multiple geographic territories.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functionally.
- Must have strong communication skills.
