Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are a leading regional boutique integrated advertising and media company that specializes in developing campaigns and brand strategy clients in healthcare, financial services, higher education and professional services industries. They are headquartered in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York.
They are seeking a Paid Media Strategist with experience on all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In, as well as search platforms including Google and Bing.
In this role, the Strategist will lead their clients’ paid media campaigns – overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, optimization and performance analysis.
This role will be both managing campaigns hands-on, and bridging the gap across the search and social channels.
NOTE:
The candidate must be able to work in the Hauppauge, NY HQ office Tuesday-Thursday each week. They work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities Paid Social Media- Use your deep understanding of social media platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Snapchat, and Tik Tok to own the strategy, configuration, and execution all social media campaigns
- Recommend appropriate targeting audiences, KPIs/conversion events, and budgets on a per- client basis
- Consult with account and creative teams on recommended ad format options and best practices, including running A/B tests to inform future campaigns
- Work with the analytics team to Incorporate advanced targeting and conversion tracking, including first-party data.
- QA all social campaign setup to ensure budgets, audiences, KPIs, ad creative, etc. are accurate before launch.
- Routinely monitor social metrics to gauge performance and provide insights, recommendations, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with the reporting and analytics team to provide monthly and quarterly learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Organize account structures through Meta Business Manager, Linked In Business Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager
- Actively participate in proposal efforts and existing client presentations
- Guide agency on platform updates, usage trends, new opportunities and other relevant news.
- Assist and support in the setup and performance of all clients’ paid search campaigns.
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of bid management systems/practices.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop paid search ad copy on an as-needed basis.
- Generate new keywords, ad groups, and campaigns, and support the creation of new paid search initiatives.
- Routinely pace client ad spends against monthly budget targets.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategy adjustments, and audience targeting to maximize program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads is required – preferably with applicable certifications for each platform
- Experience in Google Analytics
- Experience in Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Strong organizational and presentation
- Experience leading and training junior staff.
- Adaptable to change and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-starter
- Be a team player
A minimum of four years experience is required.
