Overview
Sensitron is seeking a Test Operator to perform various production test responsibilities.
Responsibilities- Perform test operations as assigned using various test and environmental equipment; testing electronic components following prescribed processes, drawings, schematics and written instructions.
- Prepare necessary documentation required for recording purpose.
- Test all devices and clearly separate good and defective units as instructed.
- Report to supervisor(s) regularly, keeping them updated on assigned tasks and progress.
- Performs required work steps within specific cycle time.
- Operator closely monitors to detect any signs of issues that may affect the quality of work and tackles it immediately.
- Cross trained to perform operations as needed in the test traveler.
- HSD/GED required
- Testing or assembly or electronics experience preferred but not required
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have basic math and computer skills (keyboarding)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Steady hands
