Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters. This is a hands-on role that requires daily, on-site collaboration with our account management, design, estimating, production, and fabrication teams. Due to the nature of our work, this position is not remote. The Project Manager will lead complex, custom fabrication projects from kickoff through installation, owning scope, schedule, budget, and execution while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Serve as the primary internal owner of assigned projects from handoff through completion
- Partner with Account Management to understand client objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with Design, Estimating, Production, and Shop Leadership to ensure projects are buildable and on schedule
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and production plans
- Coordinate and review shop drawings, setup plans, electrical layouts, flooring plans, and elevations
- Submit and track purchase requisitions, materials, and outside vendor services
- Lead internal project reviews prior to fabrication
- Monitor production progress and proactively address risks or changes
- Coordinate shipping documentation, case lists, and logistics
- Travel to job sites or installations as required
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in custom fabrication, exhibits, millwork, or creative manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cabinetry, fabrication processes, and construction workflows
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (Autodesk Inventor a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
