How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
- Drive Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Own code quality, technical documentation, and development standards
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance, automation, and user experience
Are You an Experienced Salesforce Development Leader Ready to Make an Impact?
- 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow Builder
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Background leading Salesforce development initiatives or acting as technical owner
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
