Summary The BSA Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of BSA/AML & OFAC compliance, including BSA/AML transaction monitoring, AML case investigations, AML and OFAC alerts clearing, SAR writing and filing, CTR processing, KYC/EDD program requirements, and other compliance program functions.
Education And/Or Experience- Associate’s degree or four years related experience required
- Two years of experience in financial services, compliance or similar role required
- Demonstrated interest in BSA/AML & OFAC compliance (industry certifications such as ACAMS, CAFP, or other financial crimes-related certifications a plus)
- Experience with Verafin (BSA/AML) a plus
- Supports monitoring of accounts for indicators of unusual or suspicious activity, using automated Transaction Monitoring System (Verafin)
- Supports suspicious activity alert reviews and case investigations, recommending when activity warrants the filing of a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR)
- Supports compliance with 314(a) and 314(b) (PATRIOT Act) information sharing responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation and submission of all Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) within required timeframe
- Researches, resolves and conducts AML investigations on alerts within the system
- Reviews OFAC failed transactions concerning ACH or Wire activity and review out of pattern activity
- Supports reviews of customer accounts to comply with CDD/EDD program requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned

The good faith range for this position is $25.50 to $30.50. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
