The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting treasury operations at Teachers, including asset liability management (ALM) reporting and forecasting, with additional support of liquidity and cash forecasting and management, derivative management, investment analysis, and credit analysis.
Education And/or Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- Minimum two years of related experience in treasury, investment analysis, or a similar function within a financial institution required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Knowledge of asset liability management, credit risk analysis, and investment principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Support the production process of asset liability management (ALM) reporting and forecasting.
- Maintain data processes, including contributing to the data hygiene management of various Treasury data sources
- Contribute to the development of new analytics and processes for ALM and other interdepartmental functions
- Work cross-functionally in other areas of Treasury to support investment management, derivatives management, liquidity management, and credit risk analysis
- Research economic trends, market conditions, and investment opportunities to support decision-making
- Prepares reports and presentations for senior management using established templates and procedures
- Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $66,500 - $80,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
