Team Lead (MSP/VMS) –
Electrical Engineer (Senior)
OverviewSeeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the analysis, design, prototyping, testing, and lifecycle support of complex analog and digital electronic systems. This role supports new product development and enhancement of core products in a highly technical, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex analog & digital circuits and systems
- Support products through full development lifecycle, including testing, debug, and field support
- Prepare and lead design reviews; develop test procedures and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally and interface with customers/suppliers as needed
- Schematic capture tools (Dx Designer); simulation tools (PSpice/LTSpice)
- Root cause & corrective action methodologies
- BS in Electrical Engineering (MS or PE preferred)
- 7–9+ years of electrical design experience
- Strong communication, technical leadership, and problem‑solving skills
