Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of medium to highly complex programs within an aerospace manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for satellite and space systems experience. This role owns program execution end to end—coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and risks, and serving as a primary interface with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation (engineering preferred) and has successfully transitioned into program management, with the ability to balance technical depth, business priorities, and customer expectations. This role may align to a Program Manager III or IV level depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities Own overall program execution, ensuring delivery of scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives

Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations

Develop, maintain, and coordinate integrated project schedules with functional managers

Track and report program performance, milestones, deliverables, and key performance drivers

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders

Communicate program status, risks, and execution plans clearly to leadership and customers

Coordinate multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with program objectives

Support proposal and bid activities, including analysis of requirements, plans, specifications, and cost estimates (as applicable)

Oversee customer‑facing activities including delivery coordination and program reviews

Lead and facilitate program and project review meetings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field
Proven experience managing medium to complex programs in a technical environment
Strong knowledge of program management standards, methodologies, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to deliver programs on time and within budget
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of combined experience in program management and a technical field
8+ years managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments, including satellite or space systems programs
Experience with CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) and/or silicon development programs
Experience using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
PMP certification
Previous experience in an engineering or technical leadership role
