A well-established Long Island General Contractor is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects across Nassau and Suffolk County
.

This firm has built a strong reputation delivering complex projects across multifamily, mixed-use, healthcare, and commercial sectors
, with a consistent pipeline of work throughout Long Island.

This is an opportunity for a mid-to-senior level PM who wants real project ownership, strong internal support, and the ability to run projects locally without constant NYC travel.

• Managing ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Leading project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and procurement
• Working closely with ownership, architects, and field leadership to drive project execution
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
• Partnering with Superintendents to maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Leading project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting

• 7-15+ years of construction experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience managing ground-up projects on Long Island
• Strong understanding of local subcontractor market and project logistics
• Experience managing projects in the $10M-$80M range
• Ability to lead projects independently while working collaboratively with field teams

• Strong Long Island pipeline - projects close to home
• Leadership team with excellent tenure and low turnover
• Clear path toward Senior Project Manager / Project Executive
