The Operations Program Specialist leads small to medium sized projects aimed to enhance program management and operational efficiencies. This role will work independently to ensure department initiatives are executed and communicated as they pertain to various member‑facing channels.
Education And/or Experience- Associate’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of four years directly related experience required
- Minimum of three years banking experience in a related area required
- Knowledge of Branch and back‑office operations, policies, practices, protocols, systems and programs required
- Manage end‑to‑end process of small to medium sized programs and initiative rollouts
- Liaison between member‑facing channels and assigned lines of business
- Create, deploy and maintain all procedures, job aids and internal resources for new and existing programs and projects for member‑facing channels
- Organize and facilitate meetings to ensure all projects and programs are being tracked for the department
- Identify gaps in processes and procedures within member‑facing channels
- Develop and implement solutions that eliminate process gaps while driving membership growth, operational efficiencies and mitigate risk
- Develop and deliver statistical analysis of program utilization and trends
- Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor
- Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus program; some positions qualify for quarterly performance incentives

The good faith range for this position is $32.00 – $38.00 an hour. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
