Salary: $85,000-$120,000
A rapidly growing national organization in the property management and facilities services industry is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to provide valuable financial insights to support business operations and growth.
Responsibilities of Senior Accountant:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and trends.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications of Senior Accountant:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems
