Soccer Shots Pine Belt is looking for a passionate part-time soccer coach to serve children ages 2-5 throughout the Hattiesburg area.

Soccer Shots is an extracurricular, youth enrichment program that goes into daycares/preschools and takes kids out of class for 30‑minute soccer classes on site at schools.

• Paid comprehensive training program with mandatory online courses.
• Flexible class schedule:
  Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9 AM‑12 PM, plus Wednesdays 1 PM. All classes must be coached during these times.
• Career progression: promotion opportunities to full‑time roles or internships in program coordination, coach management, marketing, partnerships, etc.

• Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2–5 years old, including set‑up and take‑down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Use the Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development techniques.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
• Follow on‑site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
• Run 30‑minute classes throughout the week, often back‑to‑back.
• Pay: $12 per 30‑minute class, increasing to $15 after training; potential for further increases based on time and performance.

• Experience playing and/or coaching soccer.
• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Energetic and able to engage kids for the whole class.
• Safety conscious and responsible.
• Ability to adapt to kids ages 2–5.
• Reliable transportation; must own a car for travel between schools.
• Physical ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills.
• State‑required clearances, including a background check (paid by Soccer Shots).
