This fleet mechanic position maintains Cooperative Energy vehicles and equipment operation by completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; correcting vehicle deficiencies; making adjustments and alignments; and performing related work as required.
Responsibilities- Maintain vehicles and equipment by performing inspections, preventive maintenance, correcting deficiencies, and making adjustments and alignments as needed.
- Complete related tasks to ensure safe and reliable operation of fleet assets.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED - Experience:
3 years automotive maintenance and repair experience
- Certifications/Licenses:
- Successfully pass a security sensitive background screening – Required
- Valid Mississippi Class "A" Commercial Driver's License – Required
- A.S.E. Certification in Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Repair and/or Automobile Repair – Preferred
Salary: $39.26 per hour
