Sales Manager – Transient Market

As the Sales Manager you will drive revenue and market share for the transient segment through strategic sales initiatives and effective relationship management. A deep understanding of the travel industry and a proven track record in sales are essential.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate hotel awareness through familiarization trips, site inspections, and engagement with travel advisors and corporate account managers.
• Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and finance teams to create targeted campaigns that attract transient customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to evaluate ROI and secure business.
• Utilize data analytics systems to track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, revenue, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
