Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, keeping carts ready and available, assisting members with loading their vehicles, and supporting a great member experience. You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed; informs members when products are unavailable; offers alternative product options; ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and concerns; and promotes the company's products and services.

Maintains safety of facility by conducting sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and reporting unsafe situations. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; processes member purchases; assists with payments; assists with merchandise location and organization; resolves member issues; promotes products; assists with transportation and cart retrieval; and maintains parking lot cleanliness.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers and co‑workers; identifies priorities and expectations; adapts to change; and learns from feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
