Sales Associate

Scrubs N More is a boutique style store that sells medical uniforms and accessories to nurses, doctors, students, etc.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Hattiesburg, MS. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, maintaining an organized and presentable retail space, restocking inventory, and operating the point-of-sale system. Additional responsibilities include supporting promotional activities and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide product recommendations and support
• Retail sales and merchandising experience; capability to manage a point-of-sale system
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or sales are a plus
