Overview

Panda Express managers can have the opportunity to embody an entrepreneurial spirit while learning from a very hands-on and fast-paced environment. As a General Manager, you will be in charge of a $1-2 million business and oversee the development of your team, ensuring guest satisfaction and running a profitable restaurant. • Kitchen Management: ensure food safety, maintain product inventory and develop culinary skills to prepare all entrees at the highest level
• Operations: maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices

General Manager – starting at $75K/year + bonus (potential earning over $100K/year)

Assistant Manager – starting at $58K/year + bonus (potential earning over $75K/year)

As a General Manager, you will:

• Oversee the development of team members and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage a $1-2 million business, drive sales growth, control costs, and profitability
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial and guest experience goals
• Uphold food quality, safety standards, and operational policies
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home
