Position: Injection Production Tech - 12 Hour Nights

Description

Join the Western Container Hattiesburg team and begin molding your future today! The ever-evolving team is looking for a Injection Production Tech to join us. Candidates must be able to work night shift, 7:30 PM - 8 AM on a 3x2x3 shift schedule weekend and occasional holiday availability.

What

to expect as an Injection Production Tech

Production Techs are the front line of our production team, they work to use their understanding of processing and our equipment to perform quality checks frequently. Innovative thinking is encouraged and basic troubleshooting is also a large part of this role. Our plants are highly automated with ever-changing processes and technology, training, development, and safety top our priorities. Maintaining a clean, safe and orderly work area is a must!

Use of basic computer skills to correctly complete paperwork. Good written and verbal communication skills are utilized frequently.

You are willing to work 12-hour shifts with prolonged periods of standing, able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.

High School Diploma or GED preferred, prior work experience (three years or more with one employer), may be considered

Ideal candidates have one year of Injection Molding experience or a strong desire to learn
