Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more.
• Assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Expand responsibilities and knowledge rapidly as the industry evolves.

• COVID‑19 vaccination
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
