The Business Development Analyst is a full time position involving building and strengthening quality relationships with referral sources in the community, while helping to educate aging adults and their families on home care options, as well as other services in our area that can help them age in place. This position also involves helping aging adults and their Home Instead Care Professional navigate our services, while building strong, lasting relationships that will ensure the aging adult can stay home comfortably for as long as it possible.

This position is full-time and does require on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule. A company car is provided during business hours.

• Build and strengthen quality relationships with referral sources in the community.
• Educate aging adults and their families on home care options and other services that support aging in place.
• Assist aging adults and their Care Professionals in navigating our services and maintaining home care stability.
• Contribute to a positive team culture, with focus on professional growth and minimal workplace drama.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating schedule.

• Strong Sales background or previous experience preferred.
• Optimistic, organized, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, take risks, and support continuous personal and professional growth.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with low tolerance for drama or politics.
• Full-time availability; on-call responsibilities required; company car provided during business hours.
