• Provides world‑class customer service to customers paying bills at our Meridian, Hattiesburg and Gulfport payment offices.
• Customer interactions/transactions are face‑to‑face and drive‑thru in an office setting similar to a bank.
• Candidate must be personable with positive energy, attitude, and a pleasant smile.
• Other qualities: team player; good typing, speaking, polite voice; professional dress; well‑groomed; confident; shows initiative; outgoing; computer literate; cash handling; responsible; mature; time‑management; coachable; respectful of management; receptive to correction; kind; compassionate; understands confidentiality; adheres to policy and procedures; reliable transportation; able to pass background check.

• Attend 8 weeks of training in Gulfport (Mon–Fri). Computer literate; typing; cash handling; comfortable speaking face‑to‑face with customers; maintain customer confidentiality.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday 8:00‑5:00 CST (at manager’s discretion).
• This position is in‑person.

• May require bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, walking on gravel, and occasional crawling.
