Location - St Albans, Luton, London

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and work alongside fire stopping installation teams on live projects.
• Plan and oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Carry out small remedial works, inspections, and surveys.
• Complete material take-offs and support project delivery documentation.
• Liaise with clients, site contacts, and project managers.
• Maintain site compliance with fire safety and health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in passive fire protection and fire stopping works
Strong understanding of FIRAS or BM TRADA standards
CSCS Gold or Supervisory Card (SSSTS preferred)
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
Ability to read drawings, manage small teams, and deliver work to specification
Rate - £220 - £250 per day
8 hours per day
Monday to Friday working
