Sun‑06:00 to 23:00, Mon‑06:00 to 23:00, Tue‑06:00 to 23:00, Wed‑06:00 to 23:00, Thu‑06:00 to 23:00, Fri‑06:00 to 23:00, Sat‑06:00 to 23:00. The offer is subject to providing bank account details before the start date.
- Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
- Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service to ensure they keep coming back.
- Lead your team in driving trade activity and use your expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximise profit.
- Lead and build your managers’ knowledge to deliver and sustain Store Change Plan and resource‑planned activities ensuring hours are worked when and where they best benefit customers, identifying and resolving root‑cause issues with sustainable solutions and continual reviews.
- Ensure the safety of your colleagues, coaching the team to use all security tools available to provide a safer place to work.
- Great communicator who shares knowledge, experience and best practices, understands the importance of the role and works collaboratively to deliver results.
- Natural and welcoming with customers, putting them at the heart of the experience and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Energy and resilience to keep momentum going in challenging environments, owning decision‑making for the store and acting quickly for the right outcome.
- Drive to deliver beyond expectation, consistently performing at your best and inspiring confidence in those around you.
- Awareness of competitor activity and ability to build and deliver new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
