A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £5m.
This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to work on projects in education, healthcare, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refurbishment and proven leadership and communication skills. A competitive salary of up to £90,000 plus car allowance is on offer.
